What do I do to stop the damage and reverse what has already been done?
I don't care about libido decreasing (it'd probably help cure the porn addiction anyway), just tell me what has personally worked for you.

Please suggest actual medication and similarly valid methods, no "I only take cold showers on a full moon and I swear it did wonders for my hair"-tier advice.

There is no remedy

Only suffering

Put dog shit on your head and rub it in with lemon grass essential oils and read marcus aurelius jk you can't stop the genetic freight train just accept it

Buzz cut and hit the gym. Embrace it.

>t.35 year old baldlets for whom it is way too late
Just take Finasteride, OP.
Pretty much buys 10 years of time to anyone using it and you can live the prime of your life looking your best, without needing to cope like these wrecks.
Medication can only stop the damage, not reverse it. Get on it as soon as you can.

Saw palmetto
Ecklonia cava
pumpkin seeds at every meal
Green & Peppermint tea

Use these every single day and you will see results.
Changes will come VERY slowly though, even slower than gaining lean weight.

>needing medication to be a man

Isn't all of this pretty much the herbalist/homeopatic equivalent of just taking medication though?

I mean, if you're taking hormonal changers in doses to small it takes years for them to take effect, you might as well take Propecia and get the same results in 6 months.

Just get on finasteride.

Well, no.
I need medication to have hair.
I happen to give no shits to whatever women or other men think, I just want to look in the mirror and like what I see instead of having to lie to myself with shit like "B-Bald head l-looks alpha"

You actually think a 35 year old would browse this board?

If a 35 years old is pathetic enough to be bald and cry that it's actually better to be that way, I believe they're pathetic enough to come here

yes u reguler exercises and proper diet and recover your hair growth.

Yes and no, saw palmetto does reduce DHT but only if it is not diluted to oblivion (like in homeopathy). It reduces DHT by 40% while a normal dose of fin reducese it by 70%. I still got watery semen and low libido on saw palmetto. shit sucks.

No one here is arguing that it's better to be bald. We're simply telling him to accept it instead of being an insecure little bitch.

Well I guess you could take Propecia, but at a much higher cost and at the risk of getting the side effects.
That's why I stack all of this stuff. Works fine, no side effects so far. Hair on the temples started coming back, albeit VERY slowly.
I guess it's different for every person, this guy seems to have problems with it.

>We're simply telling him to accept it instead of being an insecure little bitch.
Why does it come to insecurity though?
Life is short, why wouldn't you want to look your best through all of its phases, instead of rolling over like a bitch and accepting the cards you're dealt without fighting?

Baldlets say all the time that "accepting it" is the mature thing to do, but aren't those just the words of a passive loser?

Why do Americans get so caught off guard when they start looking older?

Were none of you taught about the aging process? Is it because you guys aren't allowed to do adult stuff until you're 21 so you are under the illusion you're too young to start "aging" if you're still in your 20s?

Did you think you would look older every year from age 1 until 21, and then somehow not age visually until you hit 30? Lol.

Genuinely curious. Over here everyone completely accepts and understands that they look older ever year.

>25

>Literally the longest straightest hair ever

>absurdly long too
>grows endlessly

Thank you god.

I'm Italian.
I just had no problems with my hair until this year.

"badlet" often have higher DHT... Which actually leads men to feel more positive about their situation and themselves in general.

You're bringing shame to the EU. Please stop.

This year it's your hair line. Next year it'll be your eyelids drooping more. Then heavier bags under the eyes. Then that horrible wrinkle between your nose an lower cheek muscle... And at no point over these years will you wish you took more advice from Veeky Forums about which supplements to take to slow this process ever so slightly.

>reddit spacing
I'm still looking youthful af at 32

>Did you think you would look older every year from age 1 until 21, and then somehow not age visually until you hit 30?
You mean like 90% of men (and some women) do?

Thijs?

Nothing works for me bro, tried everything from derma rolling to fin/minoxidil. Unless your willing to drop cash on plugs just let it go

Minoxidil has done wonders for my patchy beard growth. I don't grow it out, but my stubble no longer makes me look like a teenager.

Accept it. Be a man. You wont change it

You really think 90% of men and ANY women don't visually age from ages 21 to 30?

Lol, there it is again. The ever present "Be a man" spiel.
"Accepting" things and giving up is the least manly thing you could do.
Real men fight for every single desire they hold, and they keep fighting until it can be pried away from their cold dead hands.

But it's fine. Keep telling yourself that giving up out of fear of failure is the "manly thing" to do.
Pathetic.

Anyone have any success with those micro needles? I won't go down without a fight

>tfw balding at 23

Why does god hate me?

>I will FIGHT for my hair and vanity
kek

try balding at 18 after spending your adolescence covered in acne
plus autism

Nice broscience cope.

You're retarded. Hairloss is purely genetic. It is something you /have/ to accept because you cannot change your outcome. There is medication but they can have some serious side effects. A real man wouldn't put his image before his heath.

use minoxidil and hair care pills, it helps a lot, and also, do some research and use natural shampoos and natural products only
if tthat doesn't work, save for hair transplant

>I just want to look in the mirror and like what I see
so you do care. Other people want to look at pleasant faces as well, naturally people react differently towards depending on how you look

this is advanced coping. Its the DHT sensitivity of the hair follices that causes balding, not the existence of higher levels of T

>good skull shape and decent facial structure so won't even look bad if i ever go bald
feels good

ugly people usually overestimate their attractiveness tho lol

Buzzcuts look retarded when your hairline is fucked. Are you stupid?

Kek this. I call it "the baldcel cope"

Are you me? Are you planning on taking fin at such early age?

>I will willingly look worse because otherwise the school bully living in my mind is going to call me gay for taking care of myself

>You're retarded. Hairloss is purely genetic. It is something you /have/ to accept because you cannot change your outcome
You are literally wrong.
Even the shittiest medication on the market can make it so you go bald in your 30s instead of 20s.

And if you think living your 20s with a head full of attractive hair is worth nothing, I'm sorry you have been brainwashed by coping baldlets.

Everyone looks like this when they get a buzzcut, didnt you know that? It is because everyone has the same skull shape and size and hairline.

Thought I was losing my hair too. Then I started to take baths daily. Very relaxing with epsom salts and oils. Buy a silk pillow case. It's worth it. Take biotin gummy supplements. These have really helped me and my Mom. I take 3-4 a day, vitafusion 5000mcg. Make sure you massage your scalp for like 30-45 seconds at least twice a day. Once will count when you shampoo. My hair is oily after about 11 hours so I can't stand to do no shampoo, I tried it for about a week (only washing/rinsing with water and massaging). Every 2-3 days I would shampoo during that period. It helped me with the texture but I couldn't stand the smell or feel and oily look. Shampoo is very important because they pack a ton of awful chemicals. I try to find ''natural'' kind off Amazon because whats marked off at the store will literally make your hair fall out no matter your age if you use it everyday. I use Art Naturals Argan oil shampoo and conditioner. It works pretty well. My mother who's 60 uses it as her main S&C and she remarked that her hair is not as thin. Use essential oils in your bath water. I like to cut up 3 lemons and put them in my bath water, you can put them in a tupperware or something and fill enough water to cover the lemons and they last for a good 2-3 weeks. You can use that water to pour in your bath each time and it's also awesome for washing your face with. Put some drops of rose hip oil in your shampoo. My hair is dry right when I get out so when I want to look my best or when I'm going out I use Dead sea salt spray, don't do it like they say spraying on your hair, make sure you shake it up good, spray on your hands, rub them together lightly and gently massage through hair. Then I apply a Coconut Oil hydrating mist spray by OGX. Same way, spray onto my hands, rub in and apply on hair. Usually sea salt, coconut oil, sea salt again for my best results. If you want to clean your hair of all the shit on it, use Dawn Dishsoap. Good luck this is like 3 years of research.

this has also been amazing for my skin, on my shoulders and done wonders on my face
