Attempting to cut at 1800 calories a day for the long hall, I started out at 260 lbs and I still feel fat as fuck. I can actually lift quite a bit of weight now though.

sure, you can always do that after 3 month or so if you gave the program a real try and your gains start to stall.

you dont look malnourished at all so you must be no muscle all fat to be this light.
just do one of the recommended beginner strength routines. increase the weight at roughly half the rate of a male because you dont have dat dere testosterone.
Itll still be super worth it just to get you out of fat pudding slug mode.
