I have like 0 arch because my back is too weak. I'm not saying chest is too big in general, I'm just saying there's no point in focusing on chest other than just barbell benching when I have other massive weak points which are extremely crippling my bench.

I have literally never trained triceps. How the fuck is triceps a limiting factor?
For almost everyone max legal grip width is the strongest grip width - triceps literally has to do nothing but a one inch movement to lockout and I have never actually seen someone fail at lockout.
It's always an inch off the chest which is too weak pecs.
Guess what: if the lift actually depended on your triceps than you would already have huge and strong triceps just from doing it.

Also: if you have a small arch that only tucks your shoulder blades together than yes, that actually helps training the pec more.
If you arch any more than that (which you should as a Powerlifter) then you will reduce the actual ROM of the lift and you will make it less efficient for your pecs.
Okay, well if you barely arch then that might be different for you entirely.
Then your first concern should probably be to arch more than anything.

I bench 170, never trained triceps and have the tiniest one in the gym. Any DYEL walking in could outlift me in triceps isolation.
When I do AMRAPs I don't even feel my triceps.
I have never once failed to my triceps giving out, it was always my chest.

I did not claim that the triceps is not involved at all. I claimed that it is involved very little and is, because of that, almost never a wide grip benchers weak point.
To explain why I think so I told you that my triceps is literally untrained even though I do bench weight or a trained lifter.
The correlation between those is that if my benchpress required my triceps to be equally involved compared to my chest then they would not be untrained.

I have officially swtiched to lowbar. That shit is just too overpowered to ignore. I have never done anything over 160 kg belts highbar.
Today was a light day with RPE8 beltless single. I managed to do 170 beltless lowbar. Mind you, I did volume squats monday with 140 kg with lowbar, also very easy.

Took me 2 sessions to learn the movement and this shit is downright cheating mang. I have never done ANYTHING over 160 kg beltless and here I am, some random light day on a Wednesday and managed to easily hit 170 kg lowbar. I am officially going lowbar and I'm not looking back. I had fun with lowbar, but the difference in squat numbers are just ridiculous.

Anyone with similar experiences with going from highbar to lowbar?
