Got his full course from another user a few days ago.
Did his method before that though and it's seriously is amazing.

The daily breathing excercise feels great especially when you hold your breath, you can feel sensations in your face (particularly in the cheeks).
I now look forward to cold showers more than warm ones also.

It's a neat but fairly useless trick. Cold showers are a good way to practice willpower but so are heavy squats or running hills which are more useful in general. He also charges people out the ear for this shit.

Combine this technique with the Tibetan fire breathing technique. Imagine a blue chakra a bit below your belly button. As you inhale, imagine it glowing brither and producing heat, and as youe xhale imagine that energy leaving through a blue center channel going up the center of your body and out the top of your head.

Play with holding your breath and concentrating the fire in the chakra and then letting it fill the entirity of your body. Try to send it to different parts of your body. Try to extend it past your body.

I noticed that when holding my breath the tingling slowly fades away, focusing on that helps with holding my breath, hit 2'35 on the third day, I couldn't believe it.

Breathing exercises feel great, but cold showers are too scary, and the only real benefit is willpower wich meditation gives me more than enought.

It's not quite that. He suppressed his immune system better than most immunosupresants with no side effects, which can be incredibly useful for certain diseases. Also in a recent study on him he was able to create antibodies to new diseases much faster than normal, so it does have some merits. Most people report a huge reduction in all sorts of illnesses both in frequence and intensity. That said the documentation on it is quite scarce so take it with a grain of salt.

all shittalking aside I don't even think it gives you that much willpower, at least coupled with the wimhof breathing, since after about 5 days it took me about 5 seconds after getting into the cold shower to not feel it cold anymore. And getting used to the cold like this can be incredibly useful for health benefits.

My wife and I practice tantric sex on the weekends, and the kundalani breathing associated with tantra is very similar to what he does. I can't really speak to how much of the experience is related to the breathing, but I will say that kundalani breathing, meditation, and massage before the actual sex begins have really helped me with orgasm control. I also think that just focusing on breath control is a good skill to have.

Is this out of order somehow? I've never seen a methods section presented AFTER the results and discussion section.

The control group is every other trial testing immunity suppressing drug for which the placebo groups have a 99% failure rate.
His group had a basically 100% success rate more or less with 4 days of training by him, 5-9 days of training alone and then the experiment. So that's 2 weeks of 2-3 hours a day training for something that's basically a top notch immunosuppressant with 0 side effects.

I'm not a doctor so I don't know for sure if hyperventilating to raise your O2 levels and get you slightly high is healthy, but my gut feeling is that it isn't.

Just take cold showers and practice breathing slowly if you really want to. Listening to some guy mumble about toxins and injecting oxygen into mitochondria, and sending neurotransmitters to your feet and unlocking your spirit is just a waste of time.

Wim Hof method is easily 10x better for focus, mental discipline, breathing, and skin than any nofap, keto, no dairy, etc meme I've ever tried on this board
