6 months into training after finally waking up to myself..

i'd like to see a before picture, i'm assuming you were a lot fatter before exercising. Now you look passable, just bulk a tiny bit more and then cut and then you're approved.

6 months and this is all you have to show us... how often do you workout?

Before pics are non existant, hence the reason for training.

Was actually nearly 10kg lighter a year ago..

Goal is 92-94kg 10%

4-5 times a week

Thats true, a DEXA would reveal that figure without having to submit to the anxiety of going the other direction from my goal though right?

Don't fall for the memes, lift your arms every workout if you want nice arms and work your abs every workout if you want nice abs. I really wish i knew this when i started lifting and believed that deadlifts would give me big biceps

he's obviously out of skelly mode and doesn't wanna be skinny again.
What i am wondering is why he hasn't posted his stats yet.maybe his progress really is shit?
