My legs are a good deal better and I don't do much more than 175 front squat. Back problems and my form degrades much over that so I just stick to high rep rest pause.

I hardly work out nowadays but I got much bigger calves than OP, because I actively work out my calves (mountain hiking, biking etc)

Biker legs, lots of hypertrophy but somewhat underdeveloped vastus intermedialius. There's a lot of mass but haven't really developed to power to drive a lot of weight quickly. I biked for a long time before lifting and I could do 100kg x 25 but only 140kg x 3. You just have to start lifting heavy and develop CNS as well as intermediate quads, as well as work on pauses and those numbers will shoot up pretty quickly, typically the mass is mostly there but need to develop some power.

I'm in pretty much the same situation. My squat max is 300lbs and deadlift is 350lbs and they're literally gotten to a point where I simply want to maintain that size. I only squat and deadlift once a week just to maintain strength and size. All my other volume comes from upper-body lifts.
Is there something going on with that foot though?
