Back portion of workout is:
Weighted pull-ups
Lat flies
Cable row / t bar row whatever I feel like.
Machine row to finish
Heavy as possible on all lifts 5-8 reps
Shrugs, rack pull, farmer walk and deadlifts are done on separate days

dang you have a really similar build to me then, except i have no muscle. one day hope to reach your level man, keep it up!
i'll try adding more rows and hopefully see more results. my arms always seem to give out before my back when rowing.
