Failures: chased after women without realizing if they're not signaling to me first they aren't worth pursuing. Tried to date conventionally by 1970s standards without understanding the rules of the game today are different. Didn't eat enough to actually put on muscle mass due to fears of getting fat.

Goals: Put on 15-20 lbs muscle mass over the course of the year. Become worth pursuing by women. Move from contract employee to fully fledged employee. Learn to paint. Get into crypto currency. Pay off auto loan. Get to a 3 plate squat. Read Kierkergaard, Hayek, Nietzsche, and Locke. Become secure in self reflection to stop oscillating between self loathing and self acceptance.
