normally train full body HIT but got a double meniscus tear and under orders to avoid leg training outside of cardio

I'm gonna try doing a set of 200 pushups. I got to 175 a few days ago, so I'm confident that I can do it, even if I have to sacrifice form a little bit.

I never harass people for lifting small weights. Its not nice and theres always someone bigger.

I read somewhere that legs respond really well to higher repetitions so i've been trying to turn it up a notch but my shitty cardiovascular endurance is always the end of me and afterwards i feel like throwing up.
Not sure how long i can keep doing this shit before i give up on it

i tried to get a heavy full body in yesterday but a bunch of new years revolutionists huddled around the various bars and free weights listening to bruno mars on their beats speakers. i tried to get a bar and one of them said they were using it but as i watched him he started doing bodyweight shrugs and i left out of fear

This is the first time I deal with NYR and my gym is full of people on week days, I can't imagine how it's gonna be in january
