heavy bent over rows double over hand no straps
general grip training (gripping plates, fat bars and shit)
doing lifts with towel (pullups, rows, etc)

i dont do wrist flexion things so i should probably step up in this manner

9 hours 5 days a week hard labor job makes training forearms pointless for me since I get way more than enough forearm work while working, my forearms are bigger than my upper arms

One summer I waterskiied every day. It'd be a 2 minute lap at boat speed 35mph so slalom to get bragging rights low meant huge amount of force holding onto the rope. Forearms got fucking ripped.

using this for first time for skullcrush thing was shaky as fuck, it requires some decent wrist flexion stabilisation

Started doing single arm cable rows but gym doesn't have a single hand attachment so I use the golf ball sized plastic thing that keeps the cable from getting sucked in at the end of the cable as a handle. Forearms get a crazy pump from it and my wrist has gone up one notch on my watchband.
