How?

I want to look like pic related by the end of 2018. I will do anything needed to achieve this except take roids, is this possible natty if i'm 190 @ 5'11 currently? t.tiredOfbeingAfatFuck

>except take roids

Seriously, SS+pullups+GOMAD for first 6 months, then PPLx, pulling first so you don't diddly the day before squatting, eat less and go more keto towards the end, don't skip days, don't skip sleep, no drugs, no porn, 1x/week fap, onions

All of that makes sense except gomad I would bloat to 300 pounds lmao. Anyways I am definitely determined to get their. Started keto today and plan to get to around 170 before bulking up.

You will not look like that without taking steroids, even if you worked out and dieted until 2118.

do /fast/ to lose the 20lbs

Thought he was natty, apparently he isn't.... Well I sill don't want to be a fat fuck.

>by the end of 2018
>no roids
I like TGO but he's lying about the roids.

what

You better lower your expectations man. Start thinking 2+ years of dedication to diet and lifting.

>Pic related by end of 2018

Maybe the end of 2020/2021 if started lifting and fixing your diet right now.

It took him like 6 years to reach that, and youre a fat fuck and want to reach it in 1? lol

Those are lats in the back, serratus in the front. That's why he went by "latsbrah".

>I want to look like pic related by the end of 2018
Yeah and I want a high paying job, a wife, and three kids.

Gonna be hard to gain muscle while losing weight. Here's a secret. No one does their fucking programs. All of our arguments over programs "not working" are bullshit.

You need to lift WELL, as in heavy with perfect form, three times a week, every week. NO ONE FUCKING DOES THIS.
Don't put it off til you lose 20 pounds cutting calories and jogging, you'll never do it. Focus all your energy on HONEST CONSISTENT LIFTING. Get those three heavy full-body barbell workouts in every single week for months at a time. Adopt the lifestyle. Making it a routine and NEVER deviating from it will make you swole as fuck if you're young and you eat and you sleep.

As your T and muscle mass rise so will your resting metabolic rate and you'll start leaning up. Lift, eat meat and eggs, sleep 8+ hrs, repeat. This will be challenging enough. Forget cutting and focus on really living the life. One goal. Get strong. Aesthetics will follow, you won't accidentally become the Bloatlord.

That guy is a total fucking tool, why would you want to do that to yourself?
No, you can't look that way without steroids, and again: why do you want to?

fixed

t. leftwing soyboy

you gotta pin pussy

How the fuck are you fat?
I'm 5' 10" 190 right now and I'm in great shape. Do you just not have any muscle?

latsbrah is no tool you fag

why dont you want to use roids?
they are dirt cheap and safe if you arent an idiot

>wants to get a roided body without doing roids
>doesn't mention how long he's been lifting or bf%

Honestly cunt read the fucking sticky

goldie hawn pls go

That guy isn't even that fit, he's just posing weird. I had better legs than that before I even started lifting, just because I do a lot of skiing and cycling. Bike 50 miles a day (which is easy as fuck physically, just a matter of setting aside the time to do it) all year. Take a few weeks to work up to it if you have to. If you'd prefer, you can do other stuff like skiing or running some days instead. Do this at least 5 times a week.

That guy's chest isn't even fit, but he does have a bit of arm muscle. So for the arm muscles, do 5x5 overhead press and 5x5 bench press 2-3 times a week. As long as you're at the gym, throw in 1x5 deadlifts and 5x5 squats too if you feel like it, that will help your legs, but considering your goal body has shit legs, you can accomplish nicer legs than that with just cardio. And yeah his upper legs are decent, but his lower legs are such pure shit that it makes me consider his legs overall to be shit.

He's not even that fit

That fucking deformed chest, oh my fucking lol

Starting eating hay and sleeping outside, should see solid progress by end of June. Post results, we believe in you.

I believe he's natty desu famalam, his delts and lats are pretty big but I'd say several years of training and dieting with glorious nord genetics can get you a body like that

smash your forehead into a brick wall with mild force, 5sets of 3reps a day, that should do the trick!

>glorious nord genetics

Yeah, so he took roids. No need to be upset, Sven

He has 1 in 10000 genetics but it doesn't matter because you'll give up in two weeks anyway.

the man is obviously natty

natty:

>only look big with pump
>only look lean in nice lighting
>strong, powerful looking arms, chest,
>lagging and underdevolped delts and traps

roided:

>full, vascular, pumped look when dry
>big and lean
>traps signigantly ahead of arms, chest, etc
>looks 6-7% bodyfat in any lighting, any time of day

ok then

also keep in mind that u can look in the mirror and say 'shit, i dont look like this guy, he is roided' but he is pumped, in good lighting, oiled up, and you are a fat dyel

how is this not natty?

what they mean when they say natty here is 'low test'

it isn't a low test physiquye, therefore, he is on steroids

if your test level is 350ng/l, that is how u see the world

You won't look like that. Even TGO himself doesn't look like that 99,9% of the time because this is a fucking photoshoot where he is at his peak and the setting is perfect in terms of angles, photography techniques and so on. He looks way more mediocre irl on a daily basis. Also dude has probably been lifting for a decade and comes from a sporty background He also has genetically good proportions and insertions , small waist + low lat insertions is god tier for bodybuilding. And lastly your genetics differ from his so untimately you won't end up looking the same even if you roid. Just follow your own path and strive to be the best version of yourself. That being said his physique is achievable natty, Veeky Forums is just full of low test cucks and genetic trash with incredibly low standarts, so its definitely something you could strive for in the long term
