How healthy is this meal? what should I change/add
>brown rice
>99% lean turkey cooked with franks reshot hot sauce
>broccoli

Not particularly healthy. Add some monounsaturated and/or saturated fat.

not him but what's wrong with it exactly?

The lack of fat.

What the fuck kind of a question is this? It's fine.

Can you give me some examples? Please and thanks

What is the point of

I’m concerned because it actually tastes good kek

Monounsaturated: avocado, macadamia nuts
Saturated: mix some butter into the rice, or maybe use chicken thighs instead next time

I used it so my food didn’t stick to the pan?

scooby said if it tastes good spit it out

satan check

Nigger, you can eat food that tastes good.
99% of healthy meals you'll eat will taste good, especially if you cook them properly. Read the sticky, newfag.

thats a cool fork

>Eating from a plastic bowl
Unhealthy

not enough protein or broccoli and the rice looks like its from a prepackaged box

Other than that I don't see anything wrong with it I guess

>1tbsp of olive oil

Onion

Atleast change the seasoning user and learn to cook

Learning is hard :^(

The cat is high in protein

>needing to use some overpowering hot sauce in your food because you cant season properly

Kek typical katto

>its not fat enough

>Not realizing hot sauce is seasoning

Must be awful to live in that bland country you call a life.

Why does it look so creamy?
But I think you need to eat 5 times the amount of broccoli or add other vegetables if you are sharing with others.

You aren't going to get fit eatting 8 meals of broccolli and rice a day. This is a path to being built fat at best.

>eating any grain at all
not gonna make it

must be awful to live in a life were you only know one flavor.

Pls gib me food

More cat.

theres a big difference between correct seasoning and pouring hot sauce all over everything

légume=/=legume

kot

Mirin that cat, bro.

>thinks you can only pick one seasoning for all your food

Sad

Real answer: Swap the brown rice for white rice. Brown rice contains antinutrients that worsen the absorption of other nutrients, like iron, copper and zinc. And ditch the hot sauce if you want to help out your food value reward system

>uses various seasonings of his food to make it taste great
>then proceeds to pour overpowering hot sauce all over it

i bet you're the same retard who dips his pizza in ranch dressing

>this is enough fat
>fat is unhealthy
pic related, it's you.

>t. fatass

>implying every single meal has to have the perfect balance of macros and you can't make up for it later

your meal is fine, OP

The 1950's called, breh...
Also, OP's meal is fine you fucking spergs.

Here’s one for the boys

>Brown rice contains antinutrients
this fucking board sometimes

Very cute.

>what is phytic acid

But just do what feels better for you. If you don't feel bloated it's better for you than white rice, but probably will give you around the same sum of micronutrients.

Google "brown rice antinutrients" and read the articles
