I dropped over 20 kgs by just altering my eating habbits and starting taking 12+ km walks regularly. I have lost a ton of fat from my thighs but my upper body is still flabby as fuck and my arms are like noodles.
I won't fix this disgusting body of mine by just walking. Picture related, this is roughly what my body looks like.

Why that?
I once wrote a crawler that would look for constellations of odds from different betting providers that would guarantee a few percentages of profit by setting a certain amount of money on each outcome (win, loss, draw).
However, it was sadly ruined by fixed 5% betting fees, since the guaranteed win is always only around a few percentage.

Oh yeah and my goal is to bench 405 this year, which is around 45 increase. Hope it's possible, hope I stay injury free.

I don't know - my approach to making money with it was purely based on number constellations. It had no consideration of the actual subject (sport) behind them.
Yours is based on actual knowledge and consideration of the sport and making money based on your skill in predicting a matches outcome.
Don't you know anyone in your social circle that makes a living by it? You really should search for someone to see how it plays out in real life.

Sadly I haven't gotten into seriously approaching the tasks of looking for possible exploits (like these number constellations I mentioned above) - I feel like if there was a solid way it would already be known.

Crypto is a lot more gambling than sports betting.
If he has actual expertise in those sports then he definitely has a way bigger chance to make money there than just gambling.

I've had chronic back pain from herniated disc that happened while I warmupped to squats. Since then( 9 months) I've been having constant pain that just won't go away.

My resolution is to have a week without back pain. I don't care about gains or anything. I just want to be able to live.

Since I've started the gym last July I won't go mad with training. 2x gym, 1x run, loop it.

This year I wish improve my flexibilty. especially hip mobility for squats and fucking. I also want to improve my diet, by this I mean to sync it more with my morning trainings. I hope these two things will pay off in the future.

Correct the past 6mo bad habits.
Had my second kid...stopped going to the gym, stopped tracking cals/macros, started drinking soda out of nowhere, and gained 20lbs.

Now Im going back to the gym in January...Ive become everything I hate.
