PECTUS EXCAVATUM

PECTUS EXCAVATUM

Fucking Potterfags, go to Veeky Forums or at least /tv/

same

What's best case for us? Any ripped pectus pics?

>Any ripped pectus pics?
no, no one with pectus has ever made it
the average life expectancy for guys with pectus is probably 30, because of suicide rates. 25 for manlets with pectus and 22 for manlets with pectus and gyno.

...

>tfw sternum pops on every rep of rear flys

that guy playing captain america (chris evans) has it

fuck off autist

I'm an ultraskelly with pectus, in a few years what's the best case scenario?

>chris evans has it
>trust me, it was real in my mind

I'm on the same train
Start eating and lifting heavy. You might take more time to reach milestones than average, but you will hit them eventually if you stay with it.
Took me more than a year to get to 1pl8 bench, although that was probably because my routine and diet were shit.
Overall you are at a disadvantage, but if you do it right you will reach a respectable level quick.
Unless you have freakishly wide hips or your pectus hole is like 10cm deep, you will make it

he does though, check closer
Most cases of pectus are pic related

he does not you fucking inbred retard

I was told I had great proportions and that I would look great if I put on muscle. Honestly pectus is one of my biggest worries in life and I hope it fills out.

Underrated

>the only good looking person with PE doesn't actually have PE
really makes you think

>tfw pectus carinatum

Takes a while and your bench is gonna suck because it's 50% harder.

Just gotta deal with it.

i think i have the worst case with an assymetrical pectus excavatum. my left pec looks pretty good but my right pec is fucking ruined and i look retarded

So if i get this shit fixed will i bench twice the weight, or is this just a cope argument?

>So if i get this shit fixed will i bench twice the weigh
no since your pec insertions are already fucked due to how they developed, not to mention pectus (especially after the operation) completely shrekts the resistance and durability of your sternum, and after they take out the rods from your chest the entire thing can collapse and kill you from just a single solid punch

There's more than one surgery

yeah, the other one is even worse, since it fucking involves cutting your sternum in half.

There's about 6 treatment options of varying success depending on age

WE DEM BOYZ

If it makes anyone feel better, I used to really hate my chest hole, went to the doctors and was even offered surgery to fix it. Now I really don't give a shit. Don't let one part of your body stop you from working on the rest

there is nuss, ravitch which is prety much just more invasive nuss in which they detach your sternum, and then Robicsek where they cut your sternum. unless you are talking about a plastic surgery where they put silicone underneath your skin to just simply mask the hole in your chest i have no idea what the fug are you talking about, since the vacuum thingamajig barely works and you can only use it as a child

+ GYNO

Expecto patronum

Me too Satan...me too

pectus has ruined my life. gymcelling feels like a waste of time. i used to love swimming as a kid but now i cant even take off my shirt in public without people staring. i hate it so much

>i used to love swimming as a kid but now i cant even take off my shirt in public without people staring.

Fuck even thinking about swimming nowadays kills me. Used to be a competitive swimmer when I was a kid.

>pectus excavatum with flared ribs

plz delet

People don't care. Most of them are only thinking about what other people think of them as well.

I have a mild case of pectus excavatum. It looked disgusting when I was a skelly. After some years of lifting and gaining 40 lbs, it is imperceptible.

cope

most ppl with pectus have flared ribs as well

count your lucky stars fag

>pectus carinatum
>had it corrected with surgery seven years ago
>starting to come back

Here's a question. Why the fuck do so many Veeky Forumsizens have pectus?

I had surgery for this, mine was pretty bad.
ama

makes us insecure and wanting to compensate probably

>tfw pectus, gyno and balding
At least i'm not a manlet

I think it's just a fairly common thing. I knew 3 guys with it in high school, at a fairly small school.

height?

5”11

I'm not ripped but I have pectus, its pretty mild and my hungry skeleton pecs almost look enhanced by it.

My hear is slightly flattened though.

Heart* Fuck

I started carrying and lifting after realizing that if I get punched in the chest I'm done for.

how much did it hurt afterwards? when were you able to do gym again after surgery?

Oh my fuck

I never was aware of this possibility but instantly got it from this post.

fpbp

I had the nuss bar, its a pretty heavy surgery and you need a lot of time to recover. I couldnt lift weights for 3 months. I live in belgium and the hospital I went to was pretty good, they gave me high doses of morphine and fentanyl so as long as I didnt move the first week the pain was okay and definitely bearable.

About 6'0~6'1 depending on posture

I originally had surgery for the opposite of pectus excavatum, I however kept slouching because I was a dumb teen, and no one explained to me excavatum would form if I kept doing it.

I'M DISFIGURED FOR LIFE WHO WILL FUCK ME!?

Pic is admittedly shit quality but doesn't look bad at all homie. You look pretty soft so that helps.

My friend has it, and just acts like he doesn't give a shit. He still pulls so

He's lowkey pretty insecure about it though

WHY GOD!?

any b4 and after pics?

because Veeky Forums is a place for disgusting abominations and social outcasts like us, to try and fit in into a community

I cant post the image for some reason but google "muscular pectus excavatum" scroll down and there is this bw photo of a dude with it his physique is sold as fuck but the hole is so off putting i got this bullshit+flared ribs insecure as fuck with it and when people say they dont give a shit i feel like they are just saying it to make me feel better rather than what they truly think we'll only make it if we wear a shirt
