Hey /fit, I just got laid off from my job. How can i stay in shape without a gym membership or money to buy my normal meal plan food. Also /feels/ thread

You need a job man, go get one.

...

Fasting and calisthenics. Eat cheap food. Just hit the macros.

That Baby Boomer advice.

Do you not save any money?

I got some in savings but only enough for rent

We got publix around here but I can't work there anymore I quit without notice a couple years back so rip

I'm a dyel at heart so fasting would destroy my gains

Just find one of these OP, it's good enough.

Kek there's one of these in a park down the street from me

>Hey /fit, I just got laid
Stopped reading there, congratulations mate!

nigga you don't need a fucking job or a gym to be fit

get up in the morning and run your ass off

throw on a weighted backpack and do some pull-ups from a door bar

you can do push-ups with that extra weight, too

if you need a cushy gym to look good, then you're a poseur who has never really trained in the first place

Get a job at a gym

mind=blown

getting a job is baby boomer advice?

I guess you can get welfare if you want to be a leech

planet fitness 10$ a month you can afford that. I know you can

Can model. Faggot

Getting a job with a handshake is.

There's no barbells at Planet Fitness. Why would you tell him to go there?

there is a bench and a dumbells up to 80.
Planet fitness is just fine I worked out there for years. Eventually you graduate, but it gets the job done.

Also 24hours so bipolar autist like me can work out at 1am when I'm having an episode

>No Squats
>No Deadlifts
>No Military Press

Why bother?

Thats literally all it takes to work at kroger. This is coming from someone who used to work at kroger.

military press with dumbells.
Squat and Deadlift on the smith machine.

You have no excuses.

You don't need to lift heavy in order to be in shape. Using machines will work just fine for maintaining/improving your physique as long as there is progression.

Yeah, this is what I thought at first.
