How much can I change in 3 months

In this body.
I can attend gym 6 days per week.
Would any change be visible ?

You'll get a bit toned up, if you take testosterone and other roids you'll get very big, but that comes with the cost that when you stop taking it your body will stop producing testosterone on its own since it gets used to getting so much.

tl;dr

Not much, takes years, dont take roids unless you're a faggot that trains only to get girls

The gym isn't a problem, your diet is. Read the sticky

You can be skinny with a bit fat still around your belly and love handles because of your distribution in 3 months but you will definitely notice the change.
Muscle will be hard to put on if you cut though but you can maintain-bulk later.

Soy boy

I plan on running and doing strenght exercises both.
10 minutes running 1st week
15 minutes running 2nd week
20 minutes running 3rd week
30 minutes running 4th week and ongoing.

Strenght exercises just on machines and dumbells plus pull ups

I examined my test levels and they are around 820 on scale to 950.

If you're an absolute beginner, you can use the fat on your body as an advantage for all of your lifts.

Find a program that focuses on building a foundation of strength, as well as linear progression. This will have you doing the main compound (deadlift, squat, barbrell row, overhead press, bench press) while eating at a caloric maintenance.

Your body will recomp since you're a beginner. Take advantage of newb gains.

Also, once you start plateauing. Not sure how long to be honest, but once you feel as if your main compound movements aren't progressing, eat just a little bit more past your maintenance. But you should be fine for a bit since you've got fat and the fat will help you lift believe it or not.

If you want to lose fat, you can eat a slight deficit too. But very slight, maybe 100 below. Take it very slowly.

Oops sorry I meant that you should cut to notice the changes I described, just exercising won't really help.
You can and still should do whatever else you wrote here (plus more, you should really read the sticky, progressive overload and a good routine will help you not spin you wheels doing retarded shit and giving up because of no results)
