lmao no the average guy is fat as fuck

> 180 pound bench average
>1 pullup

what the fuck? This makes no sense whatsoever

>Average guy 168lb
>5'9.2
>BMI = 24.8
> BF% = 17.6%??
not every average man will have enough mass to have such a high bmi but such a low portion of it being bf%

>2.87 hours per week of exercise

>80 kg average bench press

lmao i think the fuck not

runlet

Lmao this, I'm a fat piece of shit and people think that I'm more "fit" than people my age. I'm 6'3" and weigh 230 pounds. Fucking gymlets.

the guy is like 5'10 180 10% with 16 inch arms ripped lol.

Is this how GDE american men are??

HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

>12 minute mile
What the fuck, I'm completely untrained and I can get up and run an 8 minute mile right now

Is this image photoshopped to be bait or something? I've seen way different stats elsewhere like bench being only 1 pl8 average for men. Also I highly doubt the average man spends 3 hours a week exercising, probably not even 1. The amount of gym goers compared to the general male population is microscopic.

Nah, fat guys can push but they can't pull up their own weight. That's like us normies doing a pullup with 90lbs

You're scary, and not in an intimidating way.

Holy fuck I could do that when I was a child,m at 150lbs in 5th fucking grade.

6'6" 193.4lbs
Not measuring body , penis 6in. Work out like 10 hours a week. 0 pull ups , 19% bodyfat (though pretty sure using calpers wrong ) bench 100 , squat 115 , deadlift 165

>14 hours per week of exercise

1-2h exercise per week

15 pullups
1km in

Must be people that just gave up part of the way in or something. I'm pretty sure I can walk a mile in about 15 minutes, and that's at a leisurely pace.

Anything above a 7 minute flat mile time is slow

My penis is 1.5 times the average. Feels great man.

I'm recovering from a foot injury so my mile time should get down to 6:30ish pretty fast. First time running in like 2 years was a few weeks ago. I want 315 bench and 15+ pullups by 2019. Wish me luck faggots.

I really have trouble believing that too.

a'rite

Are you saying that is too high or too low? A bodyweight bench press (average weight 168) isn't that hard for 1rm. 1 year of normie lifting will get you that.

2/3rds of americans are overweight, but you are right that is disgustingly low.

This infograph is old as fuck though, shouldn't there be an updated standard by now?

>1 year of normie lifting will get you that.
Exactly. It is too high.

Pretty much me
but your pullups are better. What did you do to get that high, assuming you are doing full reps from a dead hang? BW? I'm 200lb.

Also judo/folkstyle>bjj

You need to eat more bud. Your BMI is holocaust-tier.

My gym has BJJ and wrestling I just go to both. We used to do judo during class but now its an after class thing.

i know famalam
gonna bulk to ~180 by summer and cut

best of luck friendo
