I want to cut is it bad if i do cardio? I plan to run for 20 minutes after every workour (lift 4 times a week) will i lose my gains if my macros are right?

I am a complete novice, my squat is absolutely pathetic to the point I can bench 3x more than I can squat, but I think its 85% form/retardation. Should I expect my squat to shoot up much quicker than every other lift and is it okay to go up huge amounts every week?

No, run all you want, it'll aid the cut. Just make sure you're eating enough.

How big is the difference? Like a 45lb bar squat vs 185 bench? If it's like that, just do any of the squat 3x/week programs like ss, not memeing. Can do what ever else you want for upper body.
