Add shit to the lettuce and take advantage of the vegetable servings. Add Romaine lettuce, baby spinach, maybe a bit of kale, cabbage, carrot, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber or tomato to it. Even sprinkle a little fresh cheese of some sort to add a bit more calories to it and change the flavor slightly.

Jazz it up a little. Get something useful out of it.
