How much can I change in 3 months?

Body photo attached.

I am planning on exercising 6 days per week(already started)

Monday-run 30 minutes
Tuesday-do arms and back exercises
Wednesday-run 30 minutes
Thursday-do chest exercises and legs
Friday-rest
Saturday-do arms and back exercises
Sunday-chest and legs

I am just starting, so I am doing machines.

Here is an example of what exercises I am doing right now on arms and back.

Row machine 3x12 with 50kg

Shoulder press machine 3x12 30kg

Front pulldown 3x12 35kg

Assist chin 3x12 with resistence to 35kg

Dumbel curls 6 x 12 8kg

Triceps press machine 3x12 50kg

So what do you think?
I weight 78kg now and want to lose 6 kg by end of March an be 72kg, then more till end September but I will switch to free weights after March.

eat better, tons-of-fun

Bruh what kind of hobbit you are?

Being a beginner you should only do free weights, you're only setting yourself up for muscle imbalances and little gains. If you just wanna lose weight go swim instead. You also shouldn't be posting before reading the sticky, fatass

Best way to lose weight is to eat less, eat at a 1000 calorie deficit and you're all set.

Also you are forgetting shoulders you dip.

Just do SS you autist what's the fucking problem.
Also, I guarantee you that as a beginner you will not excercise 6 days a week and keep that routine.

rEEEE JUST FUCKIG DO SS OR SOME BEGINNER PROGRAM ITS NOT THAT FUCKIG HARD READ THE GOD DAMN STICKY

a) read the sticky
b) don't be a faggot and ask questions like how much can I change in 3 months.

Fit is a life long quest. It isn't a 3 month endeavor. The same thing will happen in 3 months as will any new thing you do - you'll get better.

GET A NORMAL PROGRAM
EG. STARTING STRENGTH, STRONGLIFTS ETC.
homemade programs are generally shitty unless you read up on a lot of shit (like a fucking lot)
i followed my own program and probably lost like 6 months of my life when i could have been making much better progress

also if you /fast/ you could lose a lot of weight in 3 months but that will be really hard but if you can do it
you could probably lose those 6 kilos in a month if you fast for like half a week and the other you eat one meal a day beneath your caloric deficit
just read info on the /fast/ general

>all these trolls talking about SS

Stop doing machines.

We get it you can on bench like 80lbs

It’s funny but really no one gives a fuck

>We get it you can on bench like 80lbs
> It’s funny but really no one gives a fuck

Huh? I only gave the values I am currently doing that I could do so far.
Free weights are too complicated for a beginner like me

>"Free weights are too complicated"
>"too complicated"

what are you 12?

I am a beginner

You're gonna have to learn how to lift free weights anyways, just start now.

>5x chinups
>beginner

they are too complicated for me and I don't have time to study how to use them

good than do those free weights

FREE WEIGHTS YOU FUCKING FAGLORD.

...

Stop doing machines dumbass

>trolls trying to convince a beginner to do SS and free weights for bodybuilders so that he goes on one way trip to snap city

>short term goals
>unwilling to do free weights
>putting off doing the "complicated stuff" until "later"
>bro split mentality even though he just started lifting
>high impact cardio
not gonna make it

>putting off doing the "complicated stuff" until "later"

I have to wake up at 6 AM to go the gym. My whole day is occupied by work and daily life. I have no time to study professional bodybuilding techniques.

yeah, might as well replace the running with biking with training wheels if OP is that concerned with the complexity of "pick thing up put thing down"

You can't do five?

I am not going to risk back or knee injury by looking like idiot among professional bodybuilders exercising on the gym floor with free weights

M8 I start lifting 3.5 months ago and I'm still same (skinny)fat fuck. But point is you start lifting and don't skip a day, and then you can make it, some day.

why the fuck would you exercise when you can just eat a onion a day?

I already eat three onions and one garlic every day

Most beginners can't do five chinups. Most people in general can't even do five chinups. Many can't even do one.

But you try hit five, and if you can't, you just try again and again and again

Ok I will do machines till middle of February and then switch to free weights.
I will stick with cardio and split though
