Tbh I do nearly my entire routine on the only oly platform/squat rack built on it and take 1.5 hours most days.
For example on monday, I'll do my snatches, clean + jerks, then my squats all in the same. I usually let people work in if they ask though. Frankly, if they don't come up and ask, they usually aren't doing anything serious. I've made a few friends by letting em work in woth me though

Not my fault, my gym has around 50 running/jogging machines but no DL/OHP zone and only 2 squat racks.

Yes and no. Performing a static stretch for more than 40-50 seconds will usually reduce power output BUT you may lift more. If you lack mobility and stretching beforehand allows you to reach a more mechanically advantageous position (or in general perform the lift with better form) you may be able to lift more weight.
Obviously that's not the rule and deep stretching before a lift may not be beneficial in your particular case

I do sometimes feel like a dick doing this, only because there’s one deadlift platform and two squat racks at my gym. If both racks are taken, I just clean and press, but now it means no one in the gym can deadlift.

You do dynamic stretching to warm up before sets, you do static stretching at the end to stretch the muscle beyond normal rom.
