Really ashamed about this. I was always obese as a kid. Around 20 years old I reached my peak weight of 120kg (270lbs).
I put in a lot of work and lost a bunch until around 3 years ago I weight as little as 75kgs. I've slowly regained it until in the last 6 months I've put on easily 9kgs.
This ends today.

I'm in OP's shoes, except i cant fucking stop. I'm obsessed with bulking and gaining strength. As soon as i flew by 145kg squat which i have no problem doing an easy set of 3x5 i want to get stronger and stronger at squats and dead-lifts.
I want off this hell ride.
By the way as i typed that i am currently downing a 1200 calorie shake. That's a total of 3800 calories today, and almost 450g of carbs.

No, but the way i eat i may as well be. I can eat like a literal fat fuck.
I make my own shake, i avoid milk in my shakes though and only use water. But basically protein powder, instant oats that are crushed (From my-protein), peanut butter, bananas and so on.. Just the oats i put in my shake total more then 400 calories.

Bad idea, it will just give you sludgeblood and unless you use it, it will just be stored as fat. You are better off getting some more protein or carbs in.
Why not use oats? are if you are already use more. If you have oats at home just blend them until they turn into powder and add to shake.

Upper-body is what I'll start working on very soon, i need to hit my arms, traps, shoulders and chest very very hard. I'm going slow with my body parts and concentrating on the main areas / lifts first.
But I'll get my upper-body in check in the upcoming months.
