You need to watch some Prof Jordan B. Peterson videos of fighting your dragons and overcoming them.

I want you to make it and break free from your inner demons. You should really look into stoic philosophy and start there. Writing really helps you gain perspective on certain dark events and meditation helps as well.

Meditation isn't some eastern thing btw, the great emperor Marcus Aurelius himself wrote THE great stoic bible ' Meditations' and if you're a good reader you should give it a go.

Seneca is pretty good too in his letters where he talks about mortality and facing difficult trials in life.
