Symmetric Strength

Hey Veeky Forums,

Let's post our men.

Finally starting to see some turquoise after a week shy of two months on starting strength.

>tfw you OHP 47.5kg for the first time.

Is this autism tho? How would a body with all in one color look? Would it be aesthetic? Would it be t-rex mode?

link?

I have no idea what you're saying

https:// symmetricstrength com/

I squat 3 times a week and its still shit aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

untrained everything :(

Started a week ago

Rainbow man. T-Rex with fucked up posture

My posture is fine, however I am indeed a T-rex.

am i going to make it to orange man guys?

gonna do deads today, perhaps improve.

8 months and this level. impressive, unless roiding of course. also why not do real squat?

>tfw squatlet

DYEL fag reporting in.

dyel?

Only been (properly) lifting for roughly 3 weeks now

>SS claims yet another victim

This is pointless without body pics. Are the strong ones aesthetic too?

i do ppl 6 times a week. i think the reason why my bench is developing slower than other lifts is due to genetics, i can think of no other reason as volume and intensity is the same as with the rest. oddly enough my gd thinks my pecs are my best feature...

my gf i mean

>lowkey asking for pictures of men's bodies

Never change, Veeky Forums

Never change.

front squat hurts my knees less, for the time being
im REALLY inflexible, and although im working on it, i cant get into a proper back squat position.
and no not roids, i've been strong as a child, from what my mom tells me

Tfw still think I have small arms

newsflash, you do
at intermediate bi's & proficient tri's, you ARE small

I do pullups often

After 2.5 months
>blue man you are so close

>diddlys is all you need right?

I MEAN, THIS GUY WAS A REAL JERK

LARPING: The post.

btw, 1 year for this. A bit less maybe.
Look absolutely DYEL.

i only do dumbbell bench press, no overhead work, and no (weighted) squats - i do hex bar deadlifts, bulgarian split squats and sprinting for my quads

...

It would be symmetrical, as in no parts are over developed.

Do You Even Lift

I have a tough time believing all these exceptional/advanced lifters here, seeing as the majority of Veeky Forums don't even work out and just shitpost. Freuds are the only ones I see lifting like that

height/weight?

Don't worry about Symmetric being balanced until your lifts start showing proficient/advanced.

Do face pulls every day if you want your shoulders to live
