Well it sounds to me like you need to do different variations of your normal exercises. You tried doing Romanian deadlifts and front squats instead of normal diddlys and back squats? Or even doing hammy curls and box jumps? Mix it up a little (fuck CrossFit though, just alternate the exercise) lol

Front squat 3x5
Barbell lunges 3x5
Calf raises 3x10
Leg extensions 3x10
