In 2018 I made it my goal to be get the perfect powerbottom physique

well it started out with taking away things I like, like if dragons den was on (40ish minute show in the UK) instead I'd sit silently for 40 minutes whilst I missed the show so I could learn consequence, then that stopped working as well so I started cutting my upper thigh, the goal to be inflict as much pain as possible with minimal damage (so not deep enough to require stitches) I'd do it once a week then hit the cut as hard as I could when I started slacking, then doctors got involved after they found out so I've switched to a much healthier option of having a freezing cold shower for ten minutes, I normally have cold showers but this is the coldest setting so it's not enjoyable in the slightest, out of everything I've tried I'd say depriving yourself of something you like is the best if you have the self control to do it

in late november I started my "regimen". My plan was to do a set of pushups before and after getting in the shower, and increase my number of pushups by 1 every week. Started with just 1 pushup, now 2 months later im doing 8 with perfect form. will continue until im doing at least 100 before and after.

a couple weeks ago i added bicep curls with 10lb weights. 2 sets, 8 reps. im not sure yet how im going to bump up the weights. I was think 5 lbs each month but that might be too aggressive.

whats the next excersice I should add?

will i have i ever make it doing this? i know its a shitty regimen but ive never before in my life actually stuck to a work out plan for 2 months so im thinking i should just stick with it since im actually doing it
