Former fat fuck here
I hate fatties with a passion. they deserve it, I deserved it and to some small extent still do for letting myself get to 275 lbs

Being Fat is a choice, I know how fucking hard it is to rewire the brain to make better choices, because fatsos are food junkies, but i did it. you make changes one at a time. first start cutting out all sweets and replace them with a piece of fucking fruit if you need it. don't get the cookie and say you did good because you had one bite and through it away, get the apple and don't pat yourself on the back for doing what you should in the first place.

Fatties also don't know what satiating food is or what it means to eat in that way. Fatties stuff themselves with a shit ton of sugar or fat and are hungry 10 minutes later. they feel full because the fucking stomach can't hold anymore but the body didn't actually get what it needs.

Fatties need to keep their ego in fucking check. I was around town when i lost a lot of my weight and got comments from local people i knew. Every fatso, old and young, male and female, got offended and defensive while interjecting themselves into a conversation they weren't involved in because they know they are making a choice and when they want to claim they tried and can't because genetics, or heath reason #240. I had a tub-o-lard walk up to me and imply about how much of an idiot i am because i care about my body. As if being fat correlates with intellect i work in the M of STEM and caring about my health and the health of others isn't an idiotic thing, eating trash and pretending you're not killing yourself is.

I was fat as a kid cuz i was never told NO to eating too much so i never developed proper hunger regulation until i did extremes of fasting which helped me control when i eat no matter the hunger i feel, i never make mistakes now, i dont ever overeat now.
Part of that is cuz i now feel fatasses are horrible people.
But i think enablers are worse.
Especially parents of kids.
