no one squats at my gym anyway so no one is bothered by the squat rack being taken

How do you guys feel about chinups in the squat rack? My only other options are the crossfit area (NOPE) and the cable machine tree (leads to me inconveniencing 2 people at once).

My gym only has 2 OLY bars, the rest are 15 kg. If one OLY bar is taken and the other is on a bench, you bet your ass I'm taking that one instead of stooping low enough to lift with a women's barbell.

No free barbells to deadlift elsewhere?

We have one decline bench, two incline benches, two flat benches and two squat racks. No lifting platforms or other rack-free areas, and exactly one barbell per rack / bench. Only 2 barbells are labeled as 20 kg, the rest are unmarked and feel different so I'm assuming they're 15 kg.
Since the benches are way more popular than the squat racks I just do my DLs there, especially since I'm already using the rack anyway.

Well that sucks. My gym has a small platform with a power rack and some extra space + barbells in front of it so people usually DL there

When you guys say OHP you mean the standing OHP right? I’ve been at my current gym for 2 years and have only seen one dude OHP.
Everyone does the sit down version of it- I don’t like that version.

yes, OHP is standing strict press
seated makes cheating (using the bench you're leaning against to make it an incline style) easier. If you use leg drive while standing it turns to a push press, which is another exercise, but there's no such distinction (and not many standards at all) in the seated style
