I second testing soy. But be careful. It's enough of a powerful meme, and soy is in SO MUCH FOOD that it's important to know.

So keep eating dem onions but also reasonable amounts of soy. I'm thinking: soy protein (one-two scoops per day), soy milk (a glass per day) and tofu (one or two blocks per week at least but no more than three). Stay away from tofurkey and other mock-meat vegan shit, lots of additives and crap that might have an effect in and of themselves. You game?

Been doing cold showers for around two years now.
The hottest it gets where I live is around 30° C, mostly during Spring and the coldest is around 4°, during Winter.

You're energic and completely awake right when you leave the shower and feel fresh as fuck, but it only lasts for some hours. You will still feel tired and sleepy if you didn't get enough sleep and I'm still as lazy and prone to procrastinate as always.
