What is the soy lecithin for?
Everything except the zinc and magnesium comes from a b-complex pill that has all that in it.
My skin is clearer, hair thicker, I sleep better, I recover better, I blow bigger loads etc. It's my best supplement stack to date. I don't take protein powder, I'm cutting right now anyway so I'm just lifting a couple times a week to maintain.

Soy Lecithin, Zink, and Citrulline I started taking mostly for sexual health.

Zink I've been on for a while and it noticeably helped(but I was probably deficient), Soy Lecithin and Citrulline I just started, so no verdict yet.

I'm not the original dude but damn. I take 55ug D3 a day and my doctor said I could double it based on blood work.

It's a wonderful product called Real Food, I take approximately 3x1000kcal/day from varied sources
