How is it perma fucked? Eat healthy and take it easy at first. Your body will heal even stronger. Try to focus on it mentally. You can recover just fine, I'm absolutely sure of it. Prove them wrong.

Purely start doing calisthenics instead. And also maybe consider start swimming or dancing I know it seems silly but it is a good way to keep yourself in shape without putting to much strain on your arm (especially swimming)

You could still lift with a decent weight doing 6-8 reps per set and building a good body
