The entierty of training is based around having big, thick legs, squatting your ass off, wearing extremely tight pants to show off your big hunky legs, and also training 2 lifts up to 8 times per day + squatting your ass off even more. Olympic weightlifting follows a simple formula: The bigger your ass and quads is, the better the lifter.
