Workout app

Can anyone of you fine gentleman recommend a good (free, android) App for tracking a workout?
I wanna put in the exercise, weight and reps and thus track my progress from week to week.

If I don't track this shit my lifts will never go up. fuqq

use lifting log it's the simplest workout tracker and timer system ever, no ads, it barely uses any phone resources, and it's not bogged down by useless shit. it's not on the play store anymore but here's the APK.

I use Personal Training Coach. Super generic name but it has a ton of routines and does everything I want it to do. It's free.
