Do certain excercises on the first cycle and different ones on the second. For example do back squats on the first lower and front squats on the second lower.

I really hope this is a troll, but I'll bite, so people are more likely to notice what you said is retarded. The easy PPL version is P/P/L/R - repeat...that works out to each muscle group worked 1.5x per week on average, as opposed to 1 on a brosplit.

Then there's the 6-day P/P/L/P/P/L/R. If you can do the math, which it looks like you can't, that is twice per week. Remember, 2 is bigger than 1.
