>deadlift is a back exercise

Ugh

Ugh

>covering the back of your head
Why

Maybe he's got an extremely distinct birthmark

That guy is on a crazy amount of roids, plus he rows more than OP deadlifts for reps with strict form.

Dls are not good for hypertrophy. You could probably get better results doing barbell or pendlay rows

I've neglected my back for so long, starting to change now, still have a long way to go.

Diddly 420lbs x 5
Chin up 175lbs bw + 85lbs x 5
5'9

this is why u dont do chinups

chinups are superior to pullups in every way

I don't train for aesthetic my dude. Chin ups are fine for a wide back but you have to do more volume than 5 reps, even my biceps, which chin ups are supposed to hit more of, are small af (14" arms flexed no pump)

Why? both have their strengths? even pull downs win in some cases

Why do so many people on this board think so black and white

What do you do if you can't use barbells? People always use than at my gym and there's no extra

Bring your own or use dumbbells

You look like you've neglected yourself overall.

Just turned 18, deadlifts work great for back imo

you reminded me of omar isuf. you've got a pretty thick back though

Haven't been lifting seriously for a long time. I'm down 3-4% bf from the picture as well

Do dumbbell bent over rows? Interesting

I'm the polar opposite, I do 1/2/3.5/4.75

Ok buddy so I guess OHP is a glute exercise, then. Thanks. No more squats for me!
