Be me

>be me
>acnefag
>suffer from chronic acne (no shit)
>diet and other memes don't make it any better
>my mom's rich friends lend us their farm house up north in the rurals, we live in the suburbs
>we take a trip and chill there for a week
>the water that's supplied to the house there comes from a spring/well underground
>literally the purest fucking water I have ever used
>by the end of the week there, literally all my acne had gone away
>come back home and start showing with our normie water again
>mfw all my acne returns to just the way it was before
God fucking damn it, fucking Jews putting chemicals in my water supply, it's not fucking fair!

how often do you wash your pillowcase/sheets?

more than likely your pillowcases or if you changed your diet whilst your up there, or else just buy a good water filter

This. When I go to my grandma small city that uses well water my skin gets better in matter of a couple of days.

Living in the city is utter shit.

I change it every night.

For people that have chronic acne it is not a matter of hygiene. It is hormonal.

I really fuckin want well water, I'm paranoid about flouride. If I eat Borax I'll undo the damage from the flouride, right?

Get accutane, pussy.

>needing some super hormonal garbage to combat jewish hormonal garbage in our water

Armageddon when? I'm tired of this world.

not this meme again, let me guess, you never had acne?

severe acne until i started sleeping with a clean towel over my pillowcase every night

>severe acne
>cured by changing ur pillow case
Heh...

take a shortcut and put a bullet in your brain

...

>spending 8 hours every single day with your face pressed against a dirty oily surface won't give you acne
heh...

I'm 27 and still get acne OP. Not nearly as bad as younger, but the spots are red and leave a mark for weeks. It goes in cycles it seems, it's fine for weeks and then I get breakouts

I've found the following have helped me the most:

>face wash with salicylic acid, wash 1-2 times a day, moisturize
>if necessary during the day, rinse face with water and dry with towel skins seems to get oily
>never shave with a razor, use an electric trimmer. If you do shave, use a disinfectant on your skin after and be gentle - shaving gives me razor bumps, which look like acne
>I don't pick skin, or spots (especially if they are "tough spots") and I apply rubbing alcohol on any possible spots at least once a day
>change pillowcases every two-three days or when they start smelling dirty etc.
>zinc might have an effect on skin, I ran out for a while and was too lazy to buy more, skin flared up and returned to normal after getting zinc again
>dairy/sugar/etc doesn't seem to have any effect on my skin
>not sure about stress

It's true, some people go for weeks without washing their pillowcases and the smell is just awful. Give your pillowcase a whiff after a few days and you'll see what I'm talking about

its not chronic if it goes away in a week you dumb cunt

Roaccutane will 100% help

Mate i change pillow sheet once a month at best and I have zero acne, while I had ton of it in the high school while i was consuming sugar, fried food and played video games instead of doing sports outside in the sun like I do now.

first you can sleep on your back (and you should)
second acne is a bacterial infection and it happens deep inside the pores, you can't clog your pores just by pressing things against them
the only thing that helps is benzoyl peroxide and accutane

Milk caused my acne
Lactose intolerant only with acne tho
Give it a try

Another user but what about this meme

>you should wash (your face) after sweating and not let it linger

If washing face has nothing to do with developing spots, why do they still seem to appear more when you don't wash your face? Shouldn't you be able to go indefinitely without washing and not get spots whatsoever?

>I have zero acne, so here's my opinion about X

Why are you posting in this thread?

>while I had a ton of it

You were a teenager back then, different situation compared to adults

Try apple cider vinegar, no joke. Twice a day.
If curious, just google it.

Boyfriend's acne got better when he finally started to wash his face with my facial cleanser ( for oily/combination skin ) and using my facial creams. Morning and night.

What do you do for back acne? My face is fine (almost) but I have some back and chest acne that needs to be gone in a month. Benzoyl peroxide on my whole back twice a day would cost so much. Change bedsheets every day?

Where do you think sweat comes from exactly?

>you can't clog your pores just by pressing things against them
>bacterial infections
Faggot. Bacterial infections come from external sources. That's why they're infections. Your dead skin and oil (as well as the bacteria that feeds on them) accumulate on the pillowcase, so of fucking course you have to change them. Especially if you have sensitive skin.

>infection
>sweat comes from inside the body through sweat glands

Therefore, according to what you said about external factors would mean that you could sweat as much as like and you wouldn't have to worry about cleaning up to avoid acne. By saying external factors have no effect means that you wouldn't have to bathe or wash at all

Would you like to elaborate on that?

I had horrible bacne(and on the face too) when I was 16. Accutane got rid of it.

The acne came back when I was 20. This time I just I stopped consuming dairy products and it cleared out completely again without any drugs. Made me think if dairy was the culprit all along.

>according to what you said
I'm not the pillowcase user you were responding to, I just meant to say of course sweat can clog your pores, it comes from there and it brings all the other shit out, if you don't wash your face that shit clogs

>own a weekend house in the mountains
>we sometimes go there for the weekens
>it has a mountain spring from which we drink
>one days notice the water coming out is kind of low in amount
>crawl up the hill to see if the pile is clogged with grass or something
>open the hatch where the pipe is connected to the small water reservoir where the spring twater is coming out
>there are two dead frogs floating there
>they were dead for a while because they are cocooned like rot and puss, it looks like if the were fucking cast into aspic
>we have been drinking rotten frog lemonade for days
>never drink from the spring ever again

I will take acne over ebola and shit any day

The majority of my calories come from milk products, I'll try to eat a little less but I'm on a cut and really can't afford to eat 200 grams of protein a day from non-dairy sources.

Applying it on the skin or drinking it?

>tfw I always sleep on my back and still get acne
absolute brainlet

Applying on the skin, yes. Don't bother about the smell, it goes away pretty quickly. Although, I have hear that drinking a small amount in the morning, before consuming anything else is also health beneficial.

infowars store, get a waterfilter

>tfw I literally never ever wash my pillowcase and don't have any acne

This. Fucking Americans will believe everything.

>don't have any acne but I'm a disgusting piece of shit anyway

I bet you have dick cheese too
