Today I bought creatine. Done the reading, would like some personal experience from the boys.

How much weight gained, measurable strength increase etc

Even if you had the money, i highly doubt you'll be eating 5kg of meat a week. That's how much it takes to obtain 5g of creatine.

How long after taking it did you notice the effects?

You take the 5 gram scoop once a day
Takes 3-4 weeks to saturate body
See what lifts do and how you feel at 5 grams for a couple months
Figure out if you want to increase dose or quit using
You'll probably water bloat, but don't get scared and don't quit until you've done the 3 months
So they'll be 3 weight gained and 6 strength increase
