Chinups recently. Something clicked in my CNS or some little muscle in my shoulder got stronger so now I can do way more dead hang chinups than I used to. Now every time I pass through a doorway with my pull-up bar I do one or several so I can get up to a volume where adding weight makes sense.

Overhead press. They're fun and work my favorite muscles.

Right now it's planks. It was cable crunches but as soon as I got heavy it became difficult to keep my knees from sliding across the fucking floor. Really pisses me off.

Chinups. Progressing decently with them on scoobys routine and man, it's satisfying to be able to pull yourself up to a bar - can do 4 in a row so far before I have to revert to negatives. Can't wait till I can do 8 non stop.
