My oatmeal consists of
>50g oats
>one banana
>40g of PB
>cup of milk
>handful of walnuts
>pinch of cinnamon, salt and sugar

Any ideas what other things I could add as my oatmeal has only 800 kcal but I want it to have at least 1000 kcal

add a scoop of whey

Add some greek yogurt, skyr or quark and compensate with more oats, seeds, other grains

my oatmeal is
200g oats
20g honey
a spoon of olive oil
an apple
sometimes sunflower seeds or a carrot

mine is
>2 scoops of oats
>1 scoop of water
>microwave 1,5 minutes at highest setting
>sprinkle frozen berries on top and then blend with spoon
>wait 1 minute
>eat

I never understand why you eat so little, i am 70kg, but 200g oats is no problem for me.

Stir until oats drank milkies
Mush a banana and put the mush in a bowl
Pour the oats into bowl
Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste

I do tend to kick things up when I don't have access to a blender though by adding protein/fiber powder and powdered peanut butter. Whatever I can do to get that shit. You players smell meh?

I usually have a bowl of oats with 100% Natural Peanut butter from Teddies, super chunky kind, 2 Tablespoons of course. Then I add in 1/4th cup of unsweetened almond milk, a frozen banana, some blueberries. And cinnamon and I’m all set. I love oats so much that I even add hard boiled eggs or a can of tuna fish into it if I’m feeling extra hungry.

I crack eggs into my oat while it's cooking (about a minute in) and mix it real quick so it's all consistent. I prefer the this texture more and it still provides a good base for all the other additional toppings you add (I add PB and banana to mine). 2 eggs would be about 150 kcal.

I’m definitely trying this cracked egg concoction bro. Usually I boil my eggs 1st then dump them in, and mix them up with PB and Almond milk. Thank you for the suggestion.
