Guys what doctor do I need to go to to get this fixed? ive just become aware of it and im self conscious as fuck that i look like a freak. I dont think its as severe as the image but i cant quit thinking about it and i have lower back pain. My entire left side is underdeveloped due to my shit posture

You need to go to myofascial release massage therapist. They will probably be a physical therapist so it will be more expensive than massage.

I see mine every month, changed my life. The myofascial release part is the important part.

One of my dads friends has back issues and a chiro helps him tremendously. Id say go once and try it out.

Chiropractors are a disgusting waste of space in the medical field. They undergo education that is severely limited and bent to their own desires to meet the very minimum requirements to pass as a legitimate profession. If you do any sort of research that isn't "muh uncle is a chiro" you will be made aware of the fact that chiros have disproportionately higher rates of malpractice than any other field. This isn't just injuries, this is shit like sexual harassment, etc.

When people talk of chiropractors that don't participate in any of the magic magnetic healing bullshit, what they are talking about is a person who wasn't educated enough to become a physiotherapist and supplemented their lack of physio training with some bullshit about the vertebrae.

Anyone who uses anecdotal evidence that chiropractors help are fucking retarded considering most of the time they have simply received a massage (no shit it worked). In the process you have given them money to further their business in other not so safe practises behind the scenes.

I have this problem too. Not sure if it is weak glute medius, favouring one side when I sleep and the bed having too much of a dip in it, tight quadrus laburium, or something else.

Every muscle in my body is effected. Smaller lats on that side, smaller chest, everything.

what guy above said: stretching and fix it yourself. your GP cant stretch it for you nor can the chirodude. You can google the chiro-stuff yourself for some temporal relief but you have to fix it yourself. I know because I had the same problem. If you have these things in your shoes, eventually you have to take them out which might cause pain and discomfort for a while, maybe get it gradually adapted to make it easier.

Sleeping position will affect this too. try to sleep on your back even if it sucks at first or change position more often. Try to hang from a pull-up bar as often as possible and stretch the whole body. stretching hip abductors or w/e is not enough in my experience because the whole body is affected by the pelvis. Do the whole thing from neck to toe.
