Alright fit, I've had enough. I need your help.
I'm a 31 year old 5'11 200lbs fat guy and my penis is broken.
I'm fat, have manboobs and I've had a sub 300 test result that my doctor ignored.

I'm already taking 5000UI vit.d and 30mg zinc daily.

I eat 2-3 servings of fruit and vegetables on 2 meals a day (usually spinach and broccoli). I usually eat meat, eggs and milk for protons.

Get your prolactin checked, and quit the Vitamin D and zinc. People attack big pharma, but these multivitamin companies are the real criminals when it comes to the health claims they make

I did get it checked, but don't remember the results. I'll try to look for the papers later, but what should I be aware of when looking at the prolactin value?

Find a doctor who puts you on TRT

I was trying to find the exam, but I have no idea where they're at. I do think I remember complaining to the doctor that I had the test levels of a 50yrold and the prolactin levels of a pregnant woman, so they were def high.
Is there any way to lower them naturally? It was actually quite a traumatic consultation with my GP that day and I'd rather avoid a doctor

If you truly have prolactin levels that high, there is no way to lower them naturally. You may have a micro or macro prolactinoma on your pituitary. Or it's simply idiopathic (happening for no reason) like mine. A prolactinoma is a benign growth, and can be shrunk via surgery or dopamine agonists such as Dostinex. Talk to your doctor, and he'll probably refer you to an endocrinologist

Such growths actually excrete prolactin, this explaining why your levels are high. Prolactin also supresses testosterone, which is why you have the T of an older man.

I did an MRI which found nothing.
He just shrugged off the endocrinology results otherwise

My MRI was negative as well, but even so I was prescribed Dostinex to reduce the prolactin and raise the T. Perhaps you should get a second opinion.
