from 235lbs to 220lbs at 6'5"
(Lifts in pounds and all for 5 reps)
OHP: 65 to 75
Bench: 95 to 135
Squat: 95 to 155
Dead: 135 to 225

From 230lbs to 165lbs.

I'm currently in a huge cut, went from 190 to 176 in about 2 months., 4 more weeks and i should be around 168 or so for my ideal 9-10% bodyfat then another few weeks to get to 8 and that's where i want to stick at. You're for sure right about that, this cut is agonizing.

I just browse the board and suffer with other people cutting to share in my agony every night as i do my cardio and sleep waiting for these weeks to be over.

310 to 255. Soon I'll see the gains under my disgusting body.
