genetics

by never going outside

Keep your house clean and wash your bed stuff every 2 weeks. It's just dirt in your pores

It’s all in the diet

Your skin care diet on a plate, for the day should include

>alkalized water
>nutmeg infused broccoli
>reverse pickled cucumbers
>activated almonds
>ostrich eggs
>homemade coconut
>cultured vegetables

>no emu meatballs
Not gonna make it

stop showering twice a day and washing your face, do it a max once
stop touching your face completely
drink more water
get some sun
swim in the sea/pool if you can
clean bedding/pillowcase

1.Moisturize your skin often, plain Nivea creme is perfect.
2.Use sunscreen when the sun is strong.
3.Eat healthy in general.

I've kept years off my skin by being vigilant. What is your budget and racial makeup? Spend much time outside? Do you mind having faggy face products in your bathroom, do you steal products from your girl or your sister? How much sun do you get, do you shave daily or 3-4 times a week? AMA

Shower less, shampoo almost never. Water is more than enough to strip your face and hair dry. Moisturize with a nice but not fancy lotion. Eat well. Sleep suppine. That's it.

>Dont use soap on your face, its too harsh, use face wash.
>use face scrub every now and then.
>avoid sun or use sun screen, mosterise after exposure
>use moisturizer, especially after a hot shower
>shower in cold water or at least rinse your face in cold water after a shower
>eat properly
>dont rub your face too much, pat try
>dont sleep on your face
>sweat
>eat lots of carrots, or alternatively take beta caratin supplements, they make your skin a bit darker and is considered more attractive than a suntan
>most importantly start this shit while you still have good skin

>do you shave daily or 3-4 times a week?
what difirince does this make?

The real man guide to good skin:
>Sauna
>Regular showers without soap
>Glycerol on your face after shower
>Vaseline under your eyes in the morning

I've started using the sauna at the gym and my skin got better in two days

Acne comes from shit under blocked pores. A sauna will open those pores and clean your skin, it is masterrace.

You don't. Even in ancient times they knew this, Cleopatra had a shit ton of "remedies" she kept. You need to at the very least cleanse, moisturize, and protect from the sun if you want good skin. Even good genetics only takes you so far before you turn into a leather shoe

I thought good skin had something to do with having enough oxygen in your blood

I use honey+sugar+lemon juice scrub and then when I'm going to shave put the shaving cream all over my face, leaves it all soft and beautiful, also starting to get more defined facial features even at 20%bf

Cold shower

>>activated almonds

after your workout? how do I into using the sauna?

Be born beautiful, like me.

To add to this, would you combine with ?

What do you guys think about toner?

Probably afterwards

What about deep encrusted blackheads on the nose ?

I usually pop mine. Although I don't scar or bruise because genetics...

> tfw massive bags under my eyes
> tfw my father/uncle/brother all have it too
> tfw doomed to eternal ghoul-tier

Go on without me bros, I'm not gonna make it.

how about you do some research instead of asking a bunch of people with zero knowledge on the topic

depends on your definition of "too many skin care products" but this should help
