You're head spotter/loader. It's your job to check the loading sheet and call out the right combination of plates to the other loaders to make sure the bar gets loaded properly, to make sure the rack height gets adjusted to the right height etc. The head ref will eyeball things to double check before each lift, but it's your responsibility in the moment.

yep was the same for me, did that shit for about a month and it got me nowhere so I stopped caring and bought even more heeled squatting shoes.
If I end up failing to get to proper squatting depth fuck squatting. Not worth slipping a disc.
I mean I cant even get knees past my toes and I squat just fine.
I can get knees over toes just barely but my spine rounds a bit above parallel. I got to a 200kg squat without injuries but I am not willing to risk it anymore.

Try SS, it'll turn you into a slightly fatter version of yourself and make your squat go up. You can do this if you set your mind to it, champ.

Currently in week 6 of the Calgary Barbell 16 week program. Volume is much higher than what I'm used to and I missed a rep on my 3rd set of squat triples at 82%. Just not recovered from pause squats and deads 2 days prior. Should I implement a deload week halfway through or just try harder for another 10 weeks?

about 16-20 and I do 5x10 leg press once a week.
