Went out to eat twice today. Business lunch at a Poke bowl place. Felt full as fuck off of a "normal" sized bowl and deeply regretted not getting brown rice. Went to red Robin for dinner with a group of friends. Ordered plain tea (no sugar) and their new "vegan" burger to try to stay on track. I don't even know how many calories it was and I'm ashamed I didn't just get the grilled chicken and vegetables

Seems like you just need to keep working on it. How long have you been going? Your heart/lungs are muscles just like your arms and legs. You don't go into a gym and dead lift 1000 pounds. Same with running

Haven't been at it for too long, i never could stick to cardio regularly. Im quite fine running intervals at a moderate pace, but 2km in 10 minutes is what i need, and it fucking kills me. I used to only be able to run for like 15 seconds straight (not even joking), but my progress is slowing down considerably and it kills my motivation. I'll keep working on it. Any advice for it?

For 1400 I can have 3 meals and a dessert with 145g protein, your food is just a mix of nothing. Maybe have a rethink and get more volume in, 5 tablespoons of peanut butter takes up a lot of calls and if you aren’t weighing in grams yo7 may be eating more than you realise.

I was 275lbs at 6 ft, October 12th.

Currently at 235 with zero exercise and tons more energy. Started to work out last week. I also gained 5 pounds over the holidays so I could be a bit thinner.

Small steps bro. My advice as someone in a similar boat is to use a track. See how many times you can run it without stopping. Then when you hit that limit, run the straights, walk the curves. After a bit of that run the whole way. Maybe the end of the week see how many times you can run without needed to stop.

I actually rounded up to 5 tbs to be safe.

Honestly user, this is similar to how I started my current (most successful) weight loss. Fiance breaks it off, I get upset and depressed (I already deal with depression/cyclomathia), don't want to eat for like 5 days, eat like 1 meal every couple of days. By the time I snap out of it a week later, I have gotten over the hurdle of feeling hungry, decide to better myself, 3 months later and 17kg down.

Make a choice now to better yourself, and go hard mate. You will feel better taking control of your life and choices and willpower. I needed the routine of eating less food, because I felt adrift and lost.

I’ve been working hard to make and stick to healthy changes for the last six months. i managed to run 1.28 km before my headset ran out of battery and i had to turn back because of autism. Took 7.15 minutes. NOT FUCKING GOOD ENOUGH.

Excercise is fucking irrelevant. Weigh your food and count the calories properly, your probably intaking more than you think, hence being fat.

Then explain why I simply started walking HALF an hour during the week and 15 push ups a day and I'm losing weight. I haven't changed my diet at all yet.

eat meat/eggs/fish as proton sources

eat brocolli/carrots/onions/legume/peas as your carb sources

get your fat from nuts/coconut oil/olive oil

COUNT YOUR NUTS ( they are calory dense as fuck)

keep walking 3 hours a day

have a slim body before summer is here
