It just got rid of gym related social anxiety. I'm more anxious than ever now.
Going to the gym consistently and getting bigger will 100p help with social anxiety. If you are larger than other people you will naturally feel less intimidated by them. Not to mention that improving your body helps with other aspects of your psyche as well. Don't listen to the turbo autists saying don't bother. Go for 6 months 3 times a week (and 3 times a week is babby tier) and i guarantee your anxiety will be way better.
