2 years of lifting of which 1 year 3-6 times a month and just fucking around.

Started mid 2017 seriously but wrong. Falling for SL 3k kcal dirty bulk. Weighted 80kg of fat.

Did a bad cut with almost no lifting bringing me back to 68kg.

Started lifting serious again 2 months ago. 2,8k kcal clean bulk PPL.

Lifts are baby tier still but progression is going well.

Bench: 67,5kg x 5
OHP: 40kg x 5
Diddy: 77,5kg x 5
Barbell row: 57,5kg x 5

I am doing 2,8 k kcal for another month and add 100kcal

Dumbell press 20kg 3x10 i hit 3x8-9 but wil shift to 22kg 3x6 when i hit 3x10 20kg

Machine chest flys 3x10 73kg and 1xf 59kg

Just start doing the flys, first I just bench and incline dumbell.

And I start to feel a better pump and more DOMS on my lower pecs. So I am certain I fucked up thinking that bench is good enough for lower chest gains.

Goal body’s btw. I think when I keep going like this I will achieve ottermode/fridgemode. Goals set for 2019

I don't really understand how that would relate to the roundness of someone's shoulder. seems like that would be more determine overall width, but not the development of the deltoid.

the roundness come from not along have good development of the three heads of the delt but also large lats to push out the shoulders and give the illusion they are bigger then what they are.

Honestly though, my lats are pretty big, I just stand with them very relaxed and retracted. Even when I flare them, my shoulders are small as shit.
