whats the normal dose? and what happens if you over
10000 max,if you go over that its bad.mk
>and what happens if you over
You can become Vitamin K deficient
200 IU is 100% RDA in EU
I take 1000, is this too much? I spend a lot of time indoors though
This is the truth desu
Don't tell them. They are idiots for thinking their $20 spent mindlessly can buy them health.
People who are outside can take about 10k, 1000 isnt much
You dumbfuck, an overdose is 300000iu
10k-20k is fine
>muh upper limit
No observed adverse effects at 10k IU/day, brainlets
DFTYVK
so how much would you get if you spent 8 hours in sunlight?
depends on the amount of pigment and where you live because of how strong the sunlight is there
I take 4 fish oil pills daily throughout the year
is it bad
is it gonna kill my kidneys
Why? More isn’t necessarily better
I take 4/day but that's because the pills are 1000IU
The RDA is 600 and that aint shit, 1000 is probably too low
Why not eat salmon 1-2 times a week? Most "healthfood" stores have wild caught salmon for a reasonable price
Do I take them daily? The bottle said once every 2 days (I take vitty K with it too tho)
A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
considering the whole point is to increase your omega3:omega6 ratio... yes, it is necessarily better.
RDAs are weak - you will synthesise 13,000U of Vitamin D in the midday sun on the Mediterranean sea in only 20 minutes
It really isnt you massive retard, they're probably just pissing it all aways.
maybe they never spend timeout in the sun (like most gringos)
Newer research is showing the upper limit is 100,000 IUs a day at which point its bad for you. Being in the sun for 10 minutes produces 10,000 IUs of vitamin D. You do the math.
This.
Taking vitamin d when you spend all day in the sun = bad
Taking it when you dont get any sun /live in a cloudy or winter climate = good, since your body isn't naturally producing the amount of vitamin d needed. Thats why people who evolved in warm and cold climates developed black and white skin, respectively (to absorb more/less sunlight)
