For me, it's the Reverse Curl
>For me, I'd rather watch Chinese cartoons than actually try to lift and eat well.
>for me it's the lateral raise
Nothing makes me feel bigger and gives me a better pump than lateral raises
>prefers isolation move
never gonna make it
Why the reverse curl? A supinated grip activates the biceps more.
That isn't his goal.
It's good for forearms
>for me it's the press

Reverse curl is great. I'm glad I took the recommendation months ago
isolations plus compounds bitch
for me? it's the Arnold (pbuh) press
nice calves
>he hasn't felt that brachialis pump
>for me,it’s swimming
>or the mcchicken, the best fast food sandwich
Reverse curls are underrated. I've never seen anyone else at my gym do them.
That hurts pretty bad desu. I get than when i do dumbbell row
Is twisting curls starting from reverse better than starting from hammer?
zottman curls. All Arnold did in his first few years
>superset with hammer grip (neutral) and normal underhand curls
Acceptable if you already did your pullups
So does the brachialis push the two heads the bicep apart and that's what makes it so painful? I did hammer curls after a heavy workout and had to sit down because of the pain. Haven't experienced it since.
>For me, it's the hammer curl, the best bang for your buck exercise
My left forearm hurts when I lift lately. Will this fix it?
>dumbell incline bench press
my gym dumbells goes up to 80lbs only, i strap 20lbs ankle bracelets on my wrists and do my reps, everyone mires so hard
>for me its the one arm pull up
Gave me lats like wings and forearms as big as my biceps. Could not replace.
