My routine is four minutes per set. That is... at 00:00, I start my first set. No matter how long it takes to get in position and do the reps, I rest until 04:00. Then, I start my second set. My third at 08:00, fourth at 12:00, and and fifth at 16:00.

Each lift takes exactly 20 minutes. If I do three lifts per day, it's a 1 hour routine exactly (add a little for pre/post stretching).

00:00 - First lift, first set (warmup set)
00:04 - First lift, second set
00:08 - First lift, third set
00:12 - First lift, fourth set
00:16 - First lift, fifth set
00:20 - Second lift, first set (warmup set)
00:24 - Second lift, second set
00:28 - Second lift, third set
00:32 - Second lift, fourth set
00:36 - Second lift, fifth set
00:40 - Third lift, first set (warmup set)
00:44 - Third lift, second set
00:48 - Third lift, third set
00:52 - Third lift, fourth set
00:56 - Third lift, fifth set

Followed by 30 minutes on the stationary bike at 135 bpm hr.
